We are licensed by the state of Massachusetts and follow and exceed their regulations and requirements

ENROLLMENT

Children will be enrolled after an appointment with the parent(s) and the child. The child will have an opportunity to visit a classroom and get acquainted with the school.

Before your child begins at Humpty Dumpty, we must receive the following:

1. A current physical exam form and immunization record
2. Non-refundable application fee of $50 and two week's tuition
3. Enrollment form, authorization form and developmental history
   Parents can contact the school to set up an appointment date.
